Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Program Director of Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) Education and Talent for our caring and passionate healthcare company. This position will provide leadership, planning and coordination of EDI education and talent programs to drive our business goals.

 

 

Responsibilities:

·        Assist appropriate stakeholders in developing strategies, identifying, and aligning initiatives that leverage best practices.

·        Ensure appropriate reporting methodologies, performance evaluation techniques and key performance metrics.

·        Delivery and overall success of EDI education and talent efforts in collaboration with stakeholders.

·        Guide the development of all supporting EDI pillars.

Requirements: 

·        Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Development or Human Resources required.

·        Seven (7) years of leadership and program management experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment required.

·        Successful implementation in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts. Thorough knowledge of EEO regulations.

·        High level knowledge and experience with building, implementing, and evaluating EDI education and talent strategic programs in organizations with diverse populations.

·        Two (2) years’ experience directly leading teams required - Healthcare experience preferred.

Must have knowledge of program management principles, an analytical mindset, and great problem-solving skills
