Job Description:

The Team Clinical Manager (TCM) is responsible for the operations of the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical, management, quality, and business activities. 

The TCM facilitates the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the direction of the Director and the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required by state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• 2-3 years of experience as an RN in an appropriate clinical care setting.
• Positive attitude. 
• Dedication to quality patient care. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
