Position: RN Manager of Quality Management:
Location: Shreveport, LA
Shift: Monday- Friday
Dept. Quality Management
Summary: The Manger Quality Management is accountable for continuous quality improvement as they relate to clinical practice and safety.
This position will oversee the quality management functions of the hospital and actively collaborates with physician services, nursing, other allied health professionals, ancillary and support peronnel at both the hospital and site levels.
This position provides oversight to the organizational quality committee(s).
Requirements
RN- Associated Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
RN -Active License.
Regulatory Compliance experience
Healthcare/ Clinical Quality Experience. Accreditation surveys ( knowledge of and experience
The Joint commission, CMS, OSHA, Louisiana Dept. of Health
Seeking 2 yrs. of experience with Accreditation.
Seeking Strong background in Regulatory.
