Lead Radiology Technician – No Weekends, Evening Shift, Up to $3000 in Relocation

SPECIALTY UNIT: Lead Radiology Technician

LOCATION: Denton, TX

SHIFT: Weekdays only 2:30pm - 11:00pm

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Job Summary:

• Supervises entire imaging department
• Supports associates who performs quality Diagnostic procedures in an accurate and timely manner.  
• Supports associates who operate diagnostic equipment and processes images.  
• Supports associates who prepare patient’s X-ray room, equipment, supplies and medication as indicated and delivers patient services using various imaging modalities.  
• Oversees financial responsibility for staffing and equipment
• He/she maintains a safe environment for patients, visitors, staff and co- workers.  
• Supports and helps achieve the departmental and hospital goals.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Healthcare
• Must be registered/eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).  
• Must possess Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) from TDH.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of radiology technician experience
• Acute care preferred
