Job Description:

To be a successful Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgical Registered Nurse, you must utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Your goal is to help patients progress towards expected outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active RN license within the State of practice.
• Associates Degree in an accredited nursing program - BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year acute care nursing experience in the last 3 years required.  
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Will look at pediatric home healthcare if candidate has hospital acute experience within three the past 3 years.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Pals required within 6 months of hire.
