Neurologist Needed – West Texas

Great group in West Texas seeking BE/BC Neurologist to join their team. The position is full-time, permanent with hours of M-TH 8-5 and Friday 8-12. Visa Candidates & new grads welcome to apply. You'll join a multi-specialty organization and work in a traditional outpatient setting. For acute, inpatient and consults they offer tele-neurology and the Hospitalist handle admitting/discharging which allows more time for you to provide individualized attention to your patients. You can expect to care for a wide array of patients with a goal to eradicate, treat and/or maintain quality of life as it pertains to an individual case. You will diagnose and treat disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles of patients, as well as examine a patient’s mental and physical status, conduct medical tests and scans, and evaluate the results to diagnose and treat the patient.

Requirements:

·        Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurology

·        EMG and EEG procedure skills

·        Subspecialty welcomed

·        Must possess unrestricted medical license for state of Texas

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Great ‘bedside manner’

·        Comfortable working independently in a group practice setting

·         Ability to collaborate with support team as needed

·        Confident in ability, skills, knowledge, and clinical decision making

·        Passionate about delivering high quality, value-based care
