ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Clinical Supervision, 

·   Supervises staff including training, delegating tasks, overseeing daily activities, mentoring, guiding through demonstration of best practices, and offering opportunities for professional development

Administrative Management

·   Supervises staff including training, delegating tasks, overseeing daily activities, mentoring, guiding through demonstration of best practices, and offering opportunities for professional development

Direct Patient Care

·   Provides for evidenced based psychotherapeutic treatment and/or psychosocial support to patient and family to reduce the impact of identified problems.
