Dentist Needed for Community Health Center – 35 min from Worcester, MA

Well-established community health facility seeking a full-time dentist to join their team at their new location starting Spring of 2023. All experience levels welcome, but not accepting limited license applicants at this time. You'll work with a clinical team who are passionate about delivering quality care and maintaining a meaningful practice.

You can expect to provide preventative and restorative services, diagnose, and treat oral disease, injuries, and malformations of structures of the oral cavity, maintain complete dental records, participate in health center initiatives related to oral health, provide supportive environments for the dental assistants, diagnose various dental conditions, and develop a treatment plan that adheres to the standard of care. Some procedures you can expect to perform are bridges, implant replacement, root canals, cavity treatments and exams as well as whitening, veneers, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry.

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of dentistry.
• MA dental license
• Updated documentation and certification for CPR
• Controlled Substance Certificates at a State (MCSR) and Federal (DEA) level
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has met all continuing education requirements for dental licensure.
• Ability to work occasional evening and Saturday afternoons one time a month.
• Must be committed to providing individualized care to a diverse community.
• Great ‘bedside manner’
• Confident in ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Passionate about delivering quality based care.
