Job Description:

We are looking for a Clinical Care Registered Nurse to join our team that will be responsible for providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role requires a high level of expertise in nursing practice, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status by conducting physical exams and evaluating medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Document patient care in an accurate and timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current certifications (variable depending on the facility).
• Two (2) plus years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
