Job Description and Responsibilities:

As the Regional Operations Director, you are responsible for a portfolio of 12 outpatient clinics, ~200 teammates with 10-12 direct reports (clinic managers) and a P&L of $55M. You will report to a Division Vice President and collaborate with other region and division leaders including a finance manager, people service manager, medical directors to drive your business forward.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, required.
• Master's Degree in related field, required or enrolled in a Master's program within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Manager or Director of Facilities within a large hospital, preferred.
• Must be proficient in all subjects related to Facility Operations (e.g. engineering, maintenance, operating engineer, remodeling and construction, finance & management).
• Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety Codes, NFPA, EPA, UBC, CMS, KDHE, city and state fire regulations.
• Working knowledge of State Healthcare Facility Regulations.
• Computer literate: MS Office programs, Data Entry; Spreadsheets and ability to learn support software programs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
