Job Description: 

We are in search of a professional, caring Psychotherapist to join our team of mental health professionals who specialize in the treatment of emotional and psychological disorders, as well as mental illness. Psychotherapists use various therapeutic techniques to help their clients explore and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and to develop coping strategies to address their challenges.

Our primary mission is providing exceptional behavioral health care to all people. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and identify any underlying psychological or emotional issues.
• Develop treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, based on their individual goals and circumstances.
• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, using various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of client progress and treatment plans and sharing this information with other mental health professionals as necessary.
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing ongoing support and encouragement to clients.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Staying up to date with developments in the field of psychotherapy, and continuously developing and refining therapeutic techniques to provide the best possible care to clients.

Requirements:

• Licensure or certification in psychotherapy LMHA, LICSW, LMFT in MA
• Experience working with clients who have a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.
• Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to working with clients.
