Job Description:

·        Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their health.

·        Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times, fostering a caring and compassionate environment.

·        Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information.

·        Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and infection control measures to maintain a safe and sterile environment.

Requirements:

·        Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license within the State of practice.

·        Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

·        One (1) plus years of experience as an RN in an Acute Care setting required.

·        BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association required.

·        Strong understanding of neurological conditions, treatment modalities, and patient care techniques.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

·        Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
