Job Title: Director of Patient Experience

Department: Patient Experience

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Summary:

The Director of Patient Experience is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve the patient experience at our organization. This includes developing and managing patient satisfaction surveys, identifying and resolving patient pain points, and implementing changes to improve the overall patient journey. The Director of Patient Experience will also work closely with other departments to ensure that patient needs are met and that our organization is providing a high-quality level of care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the patient experience
• Manage patient satisfaction surveys and other data collection tools
• Identify and resolve patient pain points
• Implement changes to improve the overall patient journey
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that patient needs are met
• Represent the organization to patients, families, and the community
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in patient experience, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Commitment to patient-centered care
