Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide energetic and constructive leadership to drive the hospital's growth while ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and financial stability.
• Senior Team Development: Build and lead a strong senior team, fostering collaboration and partnership with the Medical Director and medical staff to ensure exceptional clinical care and operational performance.
• Strategic Planning: Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the hospital's clinical, financial, and overall operating goals, promoting its successful growth.
• Hospital Operations: Direct, administer, and coordinate all hospital operations in accordance with the objectives set by the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner, and Board of Managers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful healthcare management experience, with a preference for previous roles as a hospital/healthcare facility CEO or COO.
• Rehabilitation Hospital: Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Preferred degrees include Business, Healthcare Operations/Management, or a clinical discipline.
• Med-Surge Knowledge: Knowledge of Med-Surge hospitals and systems, both for-profit and non-profit, is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Clinical and Administrative Management: Experience in clinical and administrative management is a valuable asset.
