SHIFT: Evening Shift/ NO WEEKENDS

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Position Summary:

As the Clinical Manager of Emergency Services, you will ensure service, growth, development, resource allocation, and management controls to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities:

·      Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost and finance management, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/physician and staff satisfaction, change management, and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position.

·      Serves as part of the entity management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and values, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient - family-centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.

·      Responsible for succession planning, identifying talent, and providing support, education, and resources to grow future nursing leaders.

·      May be required to assist in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements:

·      Active RN license within the State of practice.

·      Graduate of a nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

·      CPR, PALS, ACLS

·      Advanced certification in the field of specialty.

·      Three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting, including at least (3) years of relevant leadership experience required in an acute care setting.

·      Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty.
