Clinic Manager Outpatient Dialysis – Registered Nurse

Position: Outpatient Clinical Director , Dialysis Registered Nurse

Shift: Mon-Fri 40-45 hours week

Location: Houston, South East Texas

Job Description:

directly impact the quality of care our patients receive by being responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic.

Oversee all staff members, Patient Care Techs, Nurses, Social Worker, Dietician

You will report to the first line regional operational management (Area Director, Regional Director, or VP Operations, depending on the region).

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
• Current RN License in good standing.
• 18 mos. as a RN with a min. of 6 mos. experience in nursing care of patient with kidney failure.
• One or more years of previous dialysis Management experience.
