We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join us in achieving this mission. As an Account Executive for Home Health, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring that individuals in need of home health services have access to the high-quality care our facility provides. This role combines sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and promote our services to healthcare providers, referral sources, and the community at large.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive referrals from healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations.
· Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, case managers, and other potential referral sources to generate leads and promote our company.
· Sales and Outreach: Identify and target potential clients and referral sources to expand our client base. Conduct presentations and meetings to explain our services and benefits.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and referrals. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales and marketing performance.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to ensure the seamless transition of clients into our care and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
· Associate degree required - Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 2-5 years Seniority Level Associate Manager experience required
· Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
· Must have Microsoft Office software skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
· Self-motivated and results oriented.
· Knowledge of home health regulations and services is a plus.
