Job Title: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse - Nights (3x12 Hour Shifts)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team for night shifts (3x12 hours). As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
4. Implement and evaluate patient care plans.
5. Operate and monitor medical equipment.
6. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
8. Participate in continuous education and training programs.

Qualifications:

1. Current California RN license.
2. Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
3. BLS and ACLS certification required.
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
