Job Description:

We are in search of a caring behavioral health therapist to provide direct social work services to patients and their families. To assist patients and their families in adjusting to the psychosocial factors that accompany healthcare concerns and medical treatment.

Requirements:

•       LICSW or PsyD required

•       Demonstrated strong communication skills with individuals and/or groups

•       Experience preferred of Electronic Health Records and in Microsoft Office 

•       Maintains strict adherence to Confidentiality policy

•       Incorporates values, principles and mission statement into daily activities

•       Complies with personnel policies and procedures

•       Self-motivated and self-directed to work within a team and work independently

•       Maintain CEU’s as required by the state
