Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to enhance our dynamic team at our Everett clinic location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and fun atmosphere, surrounded by a team of professional colleagues. In this position, you will manage your own caseload with the support and mentorship of our Physical Therapists. While being bilingual in Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement.
Schedule:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the guidance of our Doctor of Physical Therapy (PTAs are expected to see a maximum of 7-9 patients per day).
- Accurately understand and document patient clinical encounters.
- Coordinate patient care plans with both internal and external providers.
- Maintain the condition and stock of clinic equipment and materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active PTA license in Washington State.
- Ideal candidates will have experience related to athletics, coaching, or personal training.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with people of various ages and professional backgrounds.
