Job Description

You will play a pivotal role at the forefront of cutting-edge research and technology, ensuring that patients receive the most advanced and effective care available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Program Development:
  • Actively contribute within a cross-functional team focused on developing a best-in-class conservative spine care program.
  • Regularly review and modify the program based on performance indicators, including clinician feedback, physician input, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
  • Performance Assessment:
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of program performance, evaluating clinician performance, physician and patient feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Actively seek relationships with external entities, such as physician groups and patient advocacy groups, to enhance program quality, service, and value.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase program visibility and patient access in the communities served.
  • Autonomous Leadership:
  • Implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with minimal supervision.
  • Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide top-notch patient care.

Current state of CA PT license.

Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy, with experience in program development and treating spine diagnoses.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with others.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and other healthcare providers.
