Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Lead to join our team. In this leadership role, you will provide support and guidance to the Physical Therapy (PT) department, consisting of Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the growth of the Physical Therapy department at the Bellevue clinic, in collaboration with the Director of Physical Therapy.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, evaluating medical history, health concerns, and lifestyle factors.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing physical therapy modalities to address patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including patient progress notes and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy practice.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
