We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Obstetrics to lead our Obstetrics Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care, and fostering a collaborative environment for our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Obstetrics Department, including supervising staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and patient outcomes.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall vision of the hospital.
• Facilitate continuous education and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Active Registered Nurse licensed within State of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
