Ultrasound Technologist-Outpatient

Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Ultrasound Technologist seeking a dynamic career?
We’re looking for a highly motivated Ultrasound Technologist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality ultrasound examinations to our patients in a comfortable outpatient setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic ultrasounds using advanced imaging equipment.
- Prepare and position patients for optimal image quality, ensuring their comfort and privacy.
- Assist physicians during procedures as needed.
- Process and review ultrasound images for quality and clarity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Educate patients about ultrasound procedures and answer their questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain compliance with safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of a certified ultrasound program or relevant qualifications.
- ARDMS eligibility or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ultrasound technology (students with 1000 clinical hours considered).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
