Clinical Director/Area Director – Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist – PT

Job Description:
This role can either be a Clinical Director or Area Director overseeing a 30 minute radius of clinics. This role will need to manage leadership/administrative duties as well as clinical patient care. Our therapy division emphasizes top-quality care with a focus on rapid recovery and patient engagement. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and a skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We are committed to excellence in patient treatment and invite like-minded professionals to join our team.
Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and create personalized treatment plans.
- Modify treatment strategies based on patient progress.
- Instruct & educate patients on exercises and home programs.
- Maintain communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in patient interactions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- California PT license.
- Leadership experience
- Dedication to patient care and outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
