Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that will provide comprehensive behavioral and educational services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior support plans for clients.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to clients.
  • Train and supervise direct care staff and other professionals in behavior support techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust behavior support plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated services.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports on clients' progress.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to maintain current knowledge and skills in the field.
  • Work with the leadership to launch and grow clinical services, onboard and train all clinical staff, and develop programming for children and families of all ages.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related fields from an accredited university.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Maintains NPI number.
  • QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
  • Maintains updated CAQH account.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a BCBA.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
