Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to step into the role of Clinic Director. This position presents a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a newly established clinic. As the Clinic Director, you will manage the daily operations of the clinic, lead a team of professionals, and deliver preventative and rehabilitative services aimed at enhancing patient well-being and functionality. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact while advancing your leadership skills in the Southern California market and contributing to a leading name in outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Support staff development through coaching, guidance, and training, and provide supervision.
• Assist in growing the center and market by driving program and business development, and lead team involvement in community events.
• Foster employee engagement and retention by building trust, ensuring roles are meaningful, promoting safety, and recognizing achievements.
• Help manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with HR policies.
• Develop strategies to enhance profitability, including expanding referral sources, organic marketing, and strengthening community ties.
• Deliver direct patient care that ensures a high-quality patient experience.
• Promote clinical staff development to better meet patient needs.
• Analyze patient outcome data and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with physicians, customers, and payors, and coordinate clinical programs as required.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Exhibits leadership qualities such as integrity, positivity, and a focus on business outcomes.
• Communicates effectively for clear, concise reporting and presentations.
• Capable of quickly identifying and prioritizing issues for effective resolution.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in Outpatient required.
• Active BLS
• Active PT License State of CA
• Exhibit leadership qualities
• Drive to continually learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a BS, MS, MPT, or DPT degree in physical therapy.
