Oncology Services Administrative Director


LOCATION: Missoula, MT

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent


The Oncology Services Administrative Director is a qualified and experienced professional responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of oncology services. This role encompasses clinical direction, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining the financial health of the service line.

 

As a house-wide, functional, and multidisciplinary leader, the Director is service-oriented and works collaboratively across departments. Guided by the leadership principles of Community Medical Center, the Director embraces leadership as a sacred trust, demonstrates a pride of ownership, and maintains a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or better in Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field required.
  • Master degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership experience required.
  • Prior Cancer Center leadership experience or like experience within a medical clinic group system with daily operation experience to include staffing, recruiting, operations and physician management.
  • Joint Commission and COC survey readiness experience.
  • Demonstrated success with teambuilding, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.
