Job Title: Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and manage IV lines as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and disease management.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, adhering to hospital policies and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in [State/Region] without restrictions.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
