Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac, neuro, and telemetry patients, ensuring timely recognition and response to changes in their conditions.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform necessary interventions as outlined in patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, disease management, and ongoing health needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and effective patient care environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in telemetry, cardiac, or neuro nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in telemetry equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
