Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a specialization in Nephrology to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions, including those undergoing dialysis treatments, transplant care, and managing renal-related illnesses.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the care of patients with kidney diseases or those undergoing dialysis.
- Evaluate the health status of patients with renal diseases and ensure early detection of complications.
- Perform dialysis treatments, administer medications, and monitor patients for side effects or changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families about kidney disease management, including diet, medications, dialysis, and transplant options.
- Work closely with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document patient information, care plans, and progress in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure sterile and safe working conditions in the dialysis unit and renal care areas.

Requirements:
- Active RN license within the State of Practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required Masters preferred.
- One (1) plus years of experience in nephrology, renal care, or dialysis is preferred.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
