ICU Registered Nurses – Sign-On Bonus!

ICU REGISTERED NURSE

SHIFT: Hiring for both 12-hour days and night shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am).

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities

• Provides and/or coordinates patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, identification of expected outcomes, intervention, and evaluation.
• Demonstrates expertise and proficiency in managing and delivering patient care within the designated clinical practice area.
• Engages in patient and family education, supports discharge planning, and ensures active family involvement.
• Incorporates patients’ cultural beliefs, values, and individual preferences into their care plans.

Requirements:

• Associates degree in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years previous ICU experience.
• Specialty certification in critical care or emergency services.
• Registered & licensed, or eligible to obtain licensure, as a Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho.
• ACLS – within 3 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke - within 3 months of hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
