Strategic Account Executive, Healthcare
Overview:
The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) will manage key healthcare accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, business growth, and solution delivery. This role requires sales expertise, industry insights, and relationship-building with healthcare executives.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management
- Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities and expand services within accounts.
- Drive new client acquisitions in the healthcare sector.
- Strategic Planning
- Analyze industry trends and craft account-specific strategies.
- Offer insights on regulatory and market changes affecting healthcare.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work with operations, recruitment, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting
- Track account performance and revenue growth.
- Prepare quarterly reviews and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years in healthcare account management or sales.
- Strong relationship-building and strategic skills.
