Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychiatric Nurse Manager to deliver compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to adolescents. Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the adolescent psychiatric nursing team.
• Collaborate with medical providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of practice.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in behavioral health.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required.
• Expertise in adolescent mental health and behavioral health care.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
