Key Responsibilities

• Manage therapy operations, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and staff performance.
• Develop and implement policies, holding staff accountable for compliance.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide updates to staff.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• 5+ years of rehab experience, including 2+ in management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (within 30 days of hire).
