About the Role:
This unique hybrid position offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care both clinically and administratively. You will play a crucial role in:
- Treatment Planning & Coordination: Guiding patients through their treatment journey, building strong patient relationships, and exceeding patient satisfaction goals.
- Scheduling appointments, managing treatment plans, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, dentists, and specialists.
- Handling insurance claims, verifying benefits, and collecting payments efficiently.
- Effectively communicating treatment options, costs, and timelines to patients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Identifying and resolving potential treatment barriers proactively.
- Dental Hygiene (Part-Time): Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients, including oral health education and preventative measures.
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable treatment environment.

- Strong customer service experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed patient satisfaction goals (preferred).
