Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our clinic.

As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice. You will be responsible for managing staff, financials, client relations, and overall workflow to create a positive environment for both employees and pet owners.

 

Responsibilities:

·     Oversee daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.

·     Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

·     Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and expense control.

·     Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations, licensing, and safety protocols.

·     Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance workflow and customer service.

·     Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff and clients.

·     Handle client concerns and ensure outstanding customer service.

·     Work closely with veterinarians to support medical operations and patient care.

·     Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.

·     Utilize practice management software and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

·     Previous experience in veterinary practice management, medical office management, or related field preferred.
