RN Unit Supervisor – Senior Living

POSITION TYPE: Registered Nurse (RN) - Unit Supervisor

SPECIALTY UNIT: Long-Term Care

LOCATION: Bethlehem, PA

SHIFT: Evenings (3P-11P) or Flex (11P-7A) - Every other weekend both shifts

SALARY: $75K-$80K

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $10K

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Job Summary

This position provides oversight and direction for our short-term rehabilitation unit which includes quality patient care and staff accountability.  It runs like a med/surge unit with patient stays to 15 days. This is a key leadership position which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to oversee care on the unit and develop team member accountability while embracing the values and mission of HFSL.

Job Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA
• 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit
• 3+ years’ experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability

Job Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA
• 5 years of nursing experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit.
• 3+ years’ experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability
• Wound care experience is highly desirable

Additional Information

Shifts: Evenings (3a-11p); Flex (11p-7a) ** all positions - 37.5 hrs; every other weekend; holiday rotation

Shift Diffs: Evenings $2 hr

  Flex: $3 hr
