Job Summary:

A full-time Registered Nurse to join a very busy,15-bed Emergency Department. This position offers the opportunity to work in a very busy, high-impact emergency setting, delivering life-saving interventions while collaborating with a skilled and supportive clinical team.

Job Responsibilities:

• This role primarily follows a 12-hour shift schedule, with shift assignments subject to change based on departmental needs.
• 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, with an average of 65 patients seen each day.
• Working collaboratively with 2 - 4 RN's and Physicians to deliver high-quality emergency care.
• Direct patient care working with a diverse patient population, ranging from neonatal to geriatric care.

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN is preferred.
• Previous critical care or ER experience - highly preferred.
• Active Nevada RN License - required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - within 30 days of hire.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - within 6 months of hire.
