Emergency Room RN – Sign-On Bonus!

LOCATION: Elko, Nevada
Job Summary:
A full-time Registered Nurse to join a very busy,15-bed Emergency Department. This position offers the opportunity to work in a very busy, high-impact emergency setting, delivering life-saving interventions while collaborating with a skilled and supportive clinical team.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role primarily follows a 12-hour shift schedule, with shift assignments subject to change based on departmental needs.
- 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, with an average of 65 patients seen each day.
- Working collaboratively with 2 – 4 RN’s and Physicians to deliver high-quality emergency care.
- Direct patient care working with a diverse patient population, ranging from neonatal to geriatric care.
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN is preferred.
- Previous critical care or ER experience – highly preferred.
- Active Nevada RN License – required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – within 30 days of hire.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – within 6 months of hire.
