Salary: 25-29 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

● Receive incoming patient referrals (email or fax)

● Make outgoing calls to new patient referrals

● Receive incoming calls from new patient referrals and self-referrals

● Provide basic information about 1st consult and prosthodontic specialty

● Gather preliminary information about patient needs and treatment goals in relaxed,

conversational fashion

● Establish rapport with patient over 2-3 phone calls preceding the initial consult

● Schedule patient for 1st consult (Appt in Win OMS)

● Send new patient packet via email, mail, or both (Health History & Office Policies)

● Update Consult Spreadsheet in Google Sheets (Date, Name, Referring Doc, Brief

Description)
