SURGICAL TECHNICIAN – OPERATING ROOM
LOCATION: Spokane, WA
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform duties as a scrub technologist, including preparing sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and ensuring sterile technique throughout surgeries.
- Maintain and care for surgical instruments post-procedure.
- Support additional roles such as case cart preparation, turnover team, and service line support.
- Work under RN supervision to assist with circulating duties as needed.
- Contribute to efficient patient flow in the operating room by fulfilling assigned surgical tech responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Operating Room Experience, preferred.
- Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist. Recent completion of an Accredited Surgical Technologist Program may be considered as current experience.
- Coursework/Training Graduate of a course in Surgical Technology.
- Washington Surgical Technologist Registration, upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association, upon hire.
