REGISTERED NURSE – PACU – SIGN-ON AND RELOCATION!
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
LOCATION: Douglas, WY
Looking for an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to interpret maternal and fetal well-being, and to implement necessary nursing interventions in response to changes.
- Implements patient/significant other’s teaching and necessary comfort measures.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to care for patients with epidural anesthesia during labor and the immediate postpartum period, and documents appropriately.
- Displays knowledge of use of equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Current/Active Licensure in the state of Wyoming.
- Follows hospital policies and procedures.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong clinical skills in area of specialty.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in emergency situations.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
