in This Role, You Will:

• Provide visionary leadership for overall property operations
• Guide and support teams in operations, compliance, marketing, training, and resident satisfaction
• Drive results in financial performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement

Your Background & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, real estate, or related field (healthcare strongly preferred)
• 5+ years in senior/multifamily property management
• Proven experience with HUD/LIHTC programs and affordable housing
• 5+ years in regional leadership or higher-level management
• Active Residential Community Administrator’s License (Indiana)
• In-depth knowledge of long-term care operations and regulatory standards
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
• Availability for emergency issues and occasional weekend/OT coverage
