Executive Director – Senior Living / Assisted Living
Location: Mishawaka, IN
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday

in This Role, You Will:
- Provide visionary leadership for overall property operations
- Guide and support teams in operations, compliance, marketing, training, and resident satisfaction
- Drive results in financial performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
Your Background & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, real estate, or related field (healthcare strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in senior/multifamily property management
- Proven experience with HUD/LIHTC programs and affordable housing
- 5+ years in regional leadership or higher-level management
- Active Residential Community Administrator’s License (Indiana)
- In-depth knowledge of long-term care operations and regulatory standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Availability for emergency issues and occasional weekend/OT coverage
