Removable Processing Technician
Location: Pennsylvania
Salary: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Removable Processing Technician to join our dental laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating removable dental prosthetics—including full and partial dentures, as well as occlusal appliances—using advanced processing techniques and the Ivoclar IvoBase injection system to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate full and partial dentures using flasking, investing, packing, and curing methods.
- Operate and maintain the Ivoclar IvoBase injection system for precise denture base processing.
- Work with a range of dental materials, including heat-cured and cold-cured acrylics, resins, and metal frameworks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with infection control and laboratory safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other dental technicians and laboratory management to meet quality standards and production deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in removable prosthetic fabrication preferred.
- Proficiency in investing, packing, curing, and finishing dentures.
- Hands-on experience with the Ivoclar IvoBase system for denture processing.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
