CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH
SHIFT: Day
JOB TYPE: Full-Time

In this important role, you’ll assist in life-saving surgeries, working closely with a dedicated and compassionate medical team. Both full-time and part-time day shift opportunities are available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Surgeons: Provide essential support during surgeries and invasive procedures, prioritizing patient safety and achieving the best possible outcomes.
- Prepare Surgical Instruments: Organize and maintain surgical tools, equipment, and sterile fields according to established medical protocols.
- Participate in Surgical Phases: Contribute throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases to ensure smooth and efficient surgical care.
- Sterilization & Maintenance: Oversee the sterilization, handling, and proper maintenance of surgical instruments and materials.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical efficiency and deliver top-quality patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Education: HS/GED
- Licenses/Certifications:
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
- Certified as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) OR Tech in Surgery – Certified (CST-NCCT) by National Center Competency Testing (NCCT)
