Job Description: Dental Lab Manager – Start-Up All-on-Four Lab
Location: New Jersey
Salary: 90-125k DOE

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Lab Manager to lead the launch and operation of a new All-on-Four dental implant laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity to build a cutting-edge lab from the ground up, specializing in All-on-Four implant prosthetics, and to manage all aspects of lab workflow, quality control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lab Setup & Operations
- Oversee the complete start-up process of the All-on-Four dental lab, including equipment procurement, lab design, and workflow planning.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to All-on-Four prosthetic fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, and manage dental technicians and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide ongoing education on the latest All-on-Four techniques and technologies.
- Quality Control & Production
- Monitor production quality to ensure prosthetics meet clinical specifications and patient expectations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinicians to ensure seamless communication and case management.
- Inventory & Budget Management
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies specific to All-on-Four implant cases.
- Develop and manage the lab budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a dental laboratory, preferably with All-on-Four or implant prosthetics specialization.
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, CAD/CAM technology, and implant-supported prosthetics.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with dental professionals and adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in dental labs.
