Dental Manufacturing Manager – CDT Preferred
Salary – 130k -150k DOE

This role is for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, low-automation production environment within a growing dental manufacturing organization in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output by managing teams, processes, and resources to meet organizational goals.

- Operational Leadership: Directing and coordinating daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Team Management: Supervising, developing, training, and motivating teams (20+ employees).
- Process Improvement: Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency.
