Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based treatment, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain strong patient engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong emphasis on individualized care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Accurately document patient care in a timely manner in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with referring providers, patients, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- New grads welcome—mentorship and support available.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering patient-focused, results-driven care.
